10/10 would definitely recommend. I called every tire shop in the immediate area (within 15 mins or so) and nobody had my tire in stock, including Richline, but only 1 place could get it for me the very next day and that would be Richline Motorsports. Everybody else told me Friday at the earliest (it was Tuesday when I was inquiring). 9am the next morning I got a call that the tire is ready for me. Very nice guys working there, very helpful and fastest turnaround. Will definitely be back!

Im not sure what's going on. Referred to Richline from relatives who know the owner. Great job with the liner, but when I got home the tail light was hanging off (See Photo). They did not put back on the two T-25 torque screws and plastic push pins that they busted off. Brought the truck back and they replaced the torx screws with some old rusty screws they had laying in the shop, still did not replace the plastic push pins (see photo). At this point Im getting angry so I leave. I fixed the problem by going to Dodge Ram and getting the torx screws and push pins for $22. I will not return or refer anyone to this place because someone in that shop lacks attention to detail and integrity. It's crazy that the owner built such a seemingly great business for a one employee to make a decision to half do something.

First had a 3-1/2” Rough country lift installed and it looked good but it wasn’t high enough so I took it back and we went higher with a 7-1/2” lift and my truck was already on a 2” body lift so the truck now looks and rides like I want.This place is addictive so I’ve had the front suspension powered white with matching rear track bars installed. Also let’s not forget about the Rock lights and wheel lights that are installed as well. I could keep going so just come up here and get the same great experience I did. Techs are on top of making everything right and the customer pleased with whatever they’ve chose to have done to whichever vehicle they may have. Pictures don’t do enough justice but here’s some of mine. So get up here and make thoughts and ideas a reality with RichLine MotorSports. Let them know Rich sent ya and ask for Tina, she’s great, she’s amazing and she’s boss. But don’t forget to find Frank, he’s usually the main man at the front service desk.

I have been to Richline Motorsports several times now, and every visit just confirms why I keep coming back. My first experience was for a leveling kit, new rims, window tint, and running boards. Ryan helped me with that project, and he was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everything came out clean, and the quality of the work spoke for itself. It had been a few years since that visit, and over time some normal wear and tear led to a bit of rust forming on my calipers and lugs. Since Richline had done such great work in the past, I brought my truck back to see what could be done. Kyle was my sales representative this time, and he was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process quick and stress free. They replaced the lugs and painted the calipers with high heat paint, and the results came out even better than I expected. Once again, Richline delivered. The communication, professionalism, and overall experience were excellent. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I bought a 2015 bmw i3 to aa a show car and first thing I did was new rims tires and drop springs but they Damaged my new wheels and I was told that I should go get get touch up paint. I came back the next day and talk to the manager about that and the loose strut ,who told me that’s not how they do Business two weeks later I pick up the car and there’s nasty touchup paint and Miss match color doesn’t even match rest of wheel . I was very disappointed. I will be seeking legal advice. I also still have damaged and what happened to my key fob cover? I’ve been nothing but understanding kind and courteous so I don’t understand why they would tell me it’s done when anybody can see that’s this is not how new wheels should look and I told them it’s a show car . This is very disappointing. They did a great job on my Hummer. Called me back 8/19/2025 to say will setup time to get wheels fixed correctly…. It’s now 10/08/2025 with no follow up .
